Segregated Sydney Cafe Locked Out

Officially Sydney is open for those who have earned their new Status, called Freedom as those who are still defending what used to be known as freedom remain locked in doors.
Businesses are now compelled, through a fear of a hefty fine, to police their customers, and call the police on any customer, or usurper, who wants a latte but has not earned their freedom.
Have the dobbers ever had it so good?
Thing is though, in all seriousness, is this the only path open to us, or are we all playing moral scrabble, in the dark, with blindfolds on?
