It's Time For A National Divorce: The People Agree!

The United States are arguably the most polarized they have been since at least the Civil War, if not more so. Perhaps it's time to look at a non-violent solution to this before things get out of hand. A recent poll suggests that almost half of people overall think the country should seek a national divorce. What is that exactly and how could it be achieved.
