The frame rate drops when the number of draw calls is too high. This usually happens when the camera is facing certain areas (Even in the vanilla game).
01:44 - Killing Raiders.
02:30 - Followers are detected by the enemy.
03:52 - WTF?
10:18 - How did I miss that shot??
11:22 - Fairfax House. 11:40 - Surprised that they didn't notice our presence.
12:06 - That red glow is a glitch with thermal vision and ENB that I don't know how to fix. The problem happens depending on what is on the screen when seeing through scope.
