Welcome! This week we will be making fried squash, a recipe that I've learnt from my grandmother back in my country. A rather unknown recipe in Western Europe.

Ingredients:

1 big squash
3 eggs
100g flour
3 garlic cloves
1 pack oven bread
Salt & pepper
Oil (sunflower or rapeseed)
Water
