#465 // GREAT EXPECTATIONS - Live
It was with GREAT EXPECTATIONS a covenant was made with GOD for this nation 400 years ago. But the enemy has fought vigorously to corrupt God's plan in every sphere possible. We are now beginning to see the near death of our beloved country. With famine and earthquakes, pestilence, war and rumor of war seemingly around every corner, there are a wicked few in our midst working to tear this nation and world apart. But we must remember, this is a “NEAR death” experience. What is being accomplished?

God is simultaneously revealing a two-fold path forward - on the one hand, what the enemy intends and on the other - God's GREATER promise. In Charles Dicken’s 1861 novel, Great Expectations, the main character, Pip had his own GREAT EXPECTATIONS, and went through a redemption process very similar to what we are going through now. He made a bargain with a lawfare expert, yet he was excused from his bargain with the devil’s minion by an unseen benefactor. This is like us today - Jesus is our benefactor on every level - from small to Great. By surrendering to HIS GREATER EXPECTATIONS, we can find the strength and courage necessary to redeem this nation while spreading His love and light.
