The English law of tort has great depth and breadth, the British don't like it! A tort in English law does not examine your gender, sexuality or colour. It simply applies the law.

The law of the land: "The King is under no man, he was under the law; for the law maketh the King"

What does this maxim mean? It means Teacher, Headmaster, Chair of Governors and Parliament, Executive (Government) and advisors are all - EVERY ONE OF THEM - accountable in Tort, including Judges!
