David Tordjman, devoted husband and father of 5, grew up in Cote Saint-Luc where he still resides with his family. He is a civil engineer by trade, and business owner working for various First Nation governments in Canada but is also involved in numerous community organizations and initiatives.

As a city Councilor in Cote Saint-Luc he is dedicated to his constituents and making positive changes within his community and city. He prides himself on being honest, hardworking and dedicated to the population in which he serves.

This sentiment was first cemented while serving his country in the Canadian Armed Forces in his early twenties. David was always interested in giving back to the country and community that he loved, a noble desire he acquired from his father, who proudly served the Israeli Government. Giving back has always been part of his DNA.

In 2010, he embarked on a journey to aid the people of Haiti after the devastating earthquake shook their already impoverished nation. Working for the United Nations, he diligently and tirelessly strived to better the lives of all those afflicted by this horrific natural disaster, by managing a project responsible for getting its citizens back into their homes once deemed safe. He subsequently won a United Nations “Project of the year” award for his efforts.

He has served on multiple school and community committees and organizations, implementing change and improvement wherever possible.

He is a strong advocate for doing the “right” thing, even if challenging, and for speaking his mind even when opposed. He will be an honourable, honest and forth-coming Mayor for Cote Saint-Luc as a representative of the residents, moving Cote Saint-Luc forward.
