This one is saying “money” and making the cash sign with his hands.There are hundreds of people on the Mexican side of the river still waiting to be smuggled into the US on rafts. It is nonstop, this happens every single night in Roma, it has been going on for months, and this is only one tiny part of the border. Hundreds crossing here.
