When No Contact DOES NOT Work

If you continuously neglected your partner and during the relationship show more bad, selfish behavior in your relationship, so basically you did not care or value your partner, Applying no contact with those people won't work, period.

If it works, is because you are dealing with a very damaged person that have lost completed self worth and you know that and it's not called loving but abusing and using someone that you will never respect or value.

There is a point we all get to walk up and realise, we don't need just people to love, but that love us back as well, people that adding into us as well.

There a point we realise it's not worth it to try with certain people and yes, when we realise that, you can NO CONTACT all that you want it won't work after the person see no value in needing you in their life.
