What is a Full-Service Agent?

So many Sellers have had bad experiences with their #realestateagent, who just list and leave. they are there for paperwork on both ends and communication, but really offer nothing different than other agents.

I am a #FullServiceAgent. I act as a Real Estate #Concierge for the ins and outs of the sale.

If you're a #HomeSeller, you will be engaging some service providers and contractors.

I work with you to prioritize the action items of the house with the best #ROI and engage the provides to get quotes and schedule services, once the prices are approved.

I know most agents do not do this; often the best they do is offer a list of providers and leave it to you to do the busy work. If you are occupied with other tasks, these important objectives can be forgotten and they may disrupt or even cause a deal to fall through.
