It’s hard to buy a new roof this year.
What are your options?

We are hearing from building owners that they are:
· Concerned about the long lead times and scarcity of common roof materials. The latest information is that the material shortage will continue thru most of next year. This problem isn’t going away soon.
· Worried about inflation. Material prices are “going through the roof”.
· Frustrated that they can’t get the roof system they wanted because of shortages of Insulation, Fasteners and Adhesive that go under the membrane. Iso insulation, if ordered today, will not ship until August 2022.

What to do?
There may be other options:

· Repairs or Service.
· Fluid Applied restoration.
· Mod Bit restoration.
· Be sure to lock in your order.
