Trap Bar Deadlift Cluster Set

One cluster set out of three, with just over 2x my bodyweight. For me, that's fairly heavy, so cluster sets allow me to get in more reps with that weight while also eliminating any help from stretch reflex. Pulling every rep from a dead stop definitely increases the challenge.
After the 15 total reps of deadlift I did supersets of weighted chinups and high-rep barbell overhead presses. Then I finished up with a short but heavy farmer's carry that destroyed what was left of my grip. Today my hamstrings, lats, and traps are all a little sore, but it's the good soreness that comes from building muscle and strength through progressive overload.
