Video I'm going to be sharing my experience with working out and at home gym for the last 16 months in just the pros and cons of training at home versus having a gym membership.
The pros and cons to have a gym membership are:
Pros:
Having access to get equipment
Meet new people
Cons:
Payment every month for a gym fee and your first month of joining is always really expensive
You cant get any money back after you done with your membership
The pros and cons to have a home gym are:
Pros:
Time saving
You can workout anytime that you feel like it
Money saving after you purchased your needed equipment but lets be real those equipment cost a lot money and they take a lot space at home, so you do need to have the space for them
Lets risk for the covi19
You can sale back the equipment If you don’t need them
You can workout in any clothes that you want
You don’t need to be worried to do weird position and concern that someone is checking you out
Cons:
High-cost equipment
Need space for them
May get high cost of bills for your electricity
