We come together to sit and to share about the intersection of meditation and recovery in our lives. We draw on the shared wisdom of the Dharma, the Twelve Steps, and our personal experience.

The general format is 20 minute period of meditation, a brief quote or passage to inspire, 12 step style sharing, then a brief closing meditation.
