Astrid is a PhD who was helping the World Health Organisation to prepare for a pandemic and suddenly got told they had run out of funding, so just forget it. Having pride in her work, and seeing the value of such a purpose, Astrid tried to keep the education going, but got blocked at every turn. This caused her to wonder "why are they so persistent in stopping this?" As she sought answers, she stumbled upon a plot to fake a pandemic for extreme monetary gain.
