My Fitness Journey. Leg Day workout. Day 5
It’s been 4 years since I worked out last. After being any home for 19 months and not working out or eating the best. I decided to get back at it. Time to put in work and lose the fat on my stomach. Time to build muscle.
At the age of 43 I will continue to lose muscle mass and need to make sure I'm keep replacing the muscle that is being lost over time.
Currently Stats:
168.8 lbs, Fat % 22.1, Water 59.7%, Muscle Mass 37.2%, Bone Density 3.9%
This is Day 5 of my journey included:
Leg workout
1. Dumbbell Deadlifts
2. Dumbbell Squats
3. Dumbbell Calf Raises
4. Dumbbell Split Leg Squats
5. Romanian Deadlift
6. Sumo Squats
Each set was with 25 pound dumbbells.
I did 3-4 sets of 8/12 reps with about 30 seconds in between each set.
For the split leg I did 15 Lbs, 3 sets of 8/12 reps.
I ended the workout with some cardio. I burned about 65 calories.
