A man whose arsenal is as overpowered as it is likely violating international treaties. But you got no time to read UN condemnation letters when your using said UN letters as toilet paper, he can upgrade his vehicles to be oddly fast for their size with fusion reactors, many of his weapons leave behind radiation (he also can make his soldiers radiation resistant). He also can upgrade his Overlord tank with missile launchers that can target helicopters and detect stealth (though my nuclear powered Gatling tanks got to the US supply helicopters before the Overlord got a chance).
