Pastor Tom Hughes came to 412 Church San Jacinto in 2004 to serve as Lead Pastor. Tom Hughes is the founder of the well known prophecy ministry, Hope for Our Times. Tom has been married to his wife, Jackie, for 29 years. He and Jackie have two children.

Pastor James Kaddis is the founding and Senior Pastor of Calvary Chapel Signal Hill. James represents the first in his family be born in the U.S. to parents both born in Egypt. Arabic being his second language, gave him a love for Biblical languages. He is married to Nicole and has two children.
