Dell Inspiron 8500 motherboard replacement: one last chance before it's impending doom

PLEASE READ: I've already used a PA-10 and a PA-12 charger this laptop requires, it says on the bottom for use with those adapters. Still getting the ac adapter can't be determined error. The laptop and Windows claims the cpu is running at 1.2ghz, but it's NOT, cpuz says 598 megahertz!! Done with this thing, i parted it out.
