'Calculated' Vero Beach pool business owners defrauded customers out of $2 million, authorities say

State and local law enforcement officials on Wednesday announced the arrests of a Vero Beach couple and pool business owners accused of stealing more than $2 million from upwards of 150 customers in South Florida and along the Treasure Coast.
