My personal pros and cons:

PROS:
- Charges fast with with up to 2.2A, one full charge with QC took only around 2h 15min
- 19 Fan levels from 10% to 100% with 5% step increase
- Rather quiet, but not super quiet
- Rather solid construction
- Can be opened easily and cleaned
- Oscillating part is perfectly quiet
- Built-in clip
- USB on the left side (not underneath)
- around 120 degrees oscillating angle
- runtime without oscillation 11h 15m (but not 15 hours as listed !!!)
- can be used and charged at the same time

CONS:
- blade nicely centered, but not perfectly centered - meaning it could cause some vibration noise e.g. on bed side tables
- super annoying beeping for every push (think about doing that during the night)
- no super low super quiet setting (like 1% or 5% mode). But most of the noise is vibration!
- Runtime on 10% (only) with oscillating was only 4 hours !!!
- cannot be pointed down (!!!)
- long press to start stop is quite inconvenient
- doesn't remember last settings (so when you stop it and want to go back to 100% oscillating there will be exactly 20 beeps till you're there ...)
- no timer
- below 20% sometimes stopped oscillating ... sometimes not .. weird
- charged it from 1% to 9% and started using it again and it stayed on 9% till it was empty while blinking ... (probably a bug)
- seller told me that if I let drain the battery down till 5% every time the battery could be damaged (!!!)
- fan hast started to make strange noise after a few days of usage (even without any impact happen to it)
