17. Vitor Marciano - The Airing of Grievances Part Two

Vitor Marciano is a political and communications strategist who has been involved in small "c" conservative politics for over 30 years.
He has been a campaign manager many times at all levels in politics. He was on the first national council of the conservative party of Canada, served as the national policy chair for the CPC, the executive director of Wildrose and the press secretary to 2 Alberta Leaders of the Opposition.
Vitor is an immigrant who came to Alberta from Portugal as a four year old and has been pretty much a life-long Edmontonian.
