Idiot in the truck was in a hurry

Occurred on September 30, 2021 / Newport News, Virginia, USA

Info from Licensor: "I was going to the bank. The guy in the truck was blocking 2 lanes so he could be the next in line. When the lady in the black car pulled forward he raced up behind her almost hitting her. After a short amount of time, she proceeded to pull forward a tad and the guy in the truck hit the gas and slammed into the rear of the black car. The guy in the truck did get out until he saw the lady get out and then proceeded to get angry had her like it was her fault and saying that he had been waiting a long time."
