This is a true but funny story of a police ticket I fought and won in a Court in Port Coquitlam, BC. The Judge in this case is why I have such a high respect for the judiciary as she corrected a grave injustice and changed the system for everyone...and is glaring proof of exactly why you need a voter receipt. If the police can make a duplicate ticket, then whats to stop the elections agencies from issuing a duplicate elections ballot? "They cannot cheat, when you have the receipt"!
