Here is Vie performing our Basic Quartz Series. This series will amplify any of your fitness goals (just like the crystal quartz does).

Our Basic Quartz Series is done in 5 parts in the order described on the video.

You can quickly adjust resistance in two ways:

- Adding or removing bands
- Moving further away or closer to the anchor

There are many variations to this series. Check with us to see which series would fit you best.
