The globalists saw Fauci's gain of function 'virus' as the ideal opportunity to settle and realise a lot of their plans for humanity. The clotshot vaccine which came afterwards also helped to implement their plans as well. The globalists want to enact communism on our world through stealth and the pandemic will do that for them.
