This video describes Denmark, Ireland, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Sweden, Thailand AND the UK, as being free of all Covid restrictions.

From another source, I read that ALL of Scandinavia has eliminated ALL Covid restrictions. That would add Finland, Greenland and Iceland to the list of countries with no Covid restrictions.
