Netherlands: Clashes in Amsterdam amid anti-restriction protests in Europe - 03.10.2021

Protesters and police clashed during a rally against the COVID-19 passport in Amsterdam.

Organised under the slogan ‘Together for Netherlands’ the protesters denounced that a proof of vaccination, recent recovery or a negative test are mandatory for entering public venues.

The Dutch government has justified the pass as necessary to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Parisians also protested against the health pass in France, as well as mandatory vaccinations, and COVID-19 vaccinations for children.

And in Vienna restrictions protesters were met by a counter-demo.

Clashes between the two groups were largely avoided, one person was arrested.

Bei einer Kundgebung gegen den COVID-19-Pass in Amsterdam kam es zu Zusammenstößen zwischen Demonstranten und der Polizei.

Unter dem Motto "Gemeinsam für die Niederlande" prangerten die Demonstranten an, dass der Nachweis einer Impfung, einer kürzlich erfolgten Genesung oder eines negativen Tests für das Betreten öffentlicher Einrichtungen obligatorisch ist.

Die niederländische Regierung rechtfertigte den Pass als notwendig, um die Verbreitung von COVID-19 zu verhindern.

Auch in Frankreich protestierten Pariser Bürger gegen den Gesundheitspass sowie gegen Pflichtimpfungen und die COVID-19-Impfung für Kinder.

Und in Wien trafen die Demonstranten gegen Einschränkungen auf eine Gegendemonstration.

Zusammenstöße zwischen den beiden Gruppen wurden weitgehend vermieden, eine Person wurde festgenommen.

Organizada bajo el lema "Juntos por Holanda", los manifestantes denunciaron que para entrar en lugares públicos es obligatorio presentar una prueba de vacunación, una recuperación reciente o un test negativo.

El gobierno holandés ha justificado el pase como necesario para evitar la propagación del COVID-19.

Los parisinos también protestaron contra el pase sanitario en Francia, así como contra las vacunas obligatorias y contra la vacuna COVID-19 para los niños.

Y en Viena los manifestantes de las restricciones se encontraron con una contramanifestación.

Se evitaron en gran medida los enfrentamientos entre ambos grupos, aunque una persona fue detenida.
