Adjustable Bench
===

The PowerBlock Sport bench has 5 different position settings:

Flat, 30, 45, 60 degrees, and military.

With 2 simple adjustments you can change the bench from a flat to incline and vice versa.

It can incline slightly but it's not designed as an incline bench.

The seat can also be adjusted from flat to incline.

The incline seat puts your knees higher than your hips for added stability while you lift.

Attachments
===

You can insert two calisthenics attachments to the PowerBlock Sport Bench (they are sold separately).

To do that, remove the plug behind the top of the back pad and insert the attachment.

Both dip bar attachment and chin up bar attachment have a weight capacity of 250 lbs.

Mobile

The PowerBlock Sport bench has built-in wheels and handle so that you don't have to carry it to move around your home gym.
