CPD Officer Nolting caught in a lie

Columbus Police Dept. (Indiana) Sargent Nolting makes innocent citizens feel as though they are did something wrong due to being afraid. When asked his name and badge number he becomes hostile and feels that a threat was made to him. (no threat was made confirmed by Chief of Police Mike Richardson) This is also our Bartholomew County elected Coroner. This CPD Officer was written up and given a strong verbal not to do it again, this was placed in his personnel file. This Matter is still under investigation. We will keep you posted.
