Dr Christina Parks testimony for MI HB4471: Ban requiring employees to get COVID and other shots

Dr. Parks is a domain expert relating to vaccines generally and genetic vaccines specifically, since she has a PhD in cellular and molecular microbiology.
Science on genetic vaccines is extremely complex and has been oversimplified in MSM to take away our freedom of choice.
C19 vaccine mandates are based on faulty assumption that these vaccines prevent transmission, but they clearly don't, just like vaccines for DTAP, flu. These vaccines were never designed to prevent transmission.
"95% effective" refers to attenuation of symptoms, NOT transmission. It also refers to first variant, i.e. last year's variant, which is essentially gone. CDC director Rochelle Walensky recently said that these vaccines have no ability to prevent infection and transmission by delta variant.
Policy should not be built on hope, but on data.
DTAP vaccine neutralizes pertussis toxin related to whooping cough, which can be fatal for children younger than 6 months. This vaccine saves lives, but does not neutralize the bacteria. Vaccinated can becomes asymptomatic pertussis carriers who can infect others. When this happens, antivaxxers are blamed for the limitations of the vaccine. This is clearly wrong. The older DTP vaccine did prevent transmission, but was more dangerous.
It's bad to mandate something that does not prevent transmission.
Flu vaccine has small effect in preventing symptoms in first year, but in second year it has NEGATIVE efficacy, thus increasing the risk. If you are vaccinated in multiple years, you are more likely to get the flu, more likely to be infectious, and more likely to be hospitalized. This is true for both adults and children, and also for the COVID delta variant.
Last week, a scientific paper has been published showing that antibodies that neutralize the old variant actually HELP new variants into the cells, thus hampering your immune system.
Groups that are the most vaccine hesitant: (1) PhDs, (2) people who have less than a high school degree (they know that they don't know and they don't trust their government), (3) African Americans (because they don't trust the government and have every reason to, see Tuskegee Experiment).
In 2012 whistle blower William Thompson came forward with data showing that when black boys are vaccinates on time, they have increased rates of autism. This data does not appear in scientific publications because these inconvenient data were shredded.
Vaccine mandates for employment are medical and anti-scientific discrimination.
