My Fitness Journey, Day 2 - Biceps
It’s been 4 years since I worked out last. After being any home for 19 months and not working out or eating the best. I decided to get back at it. Time to put in work and lose the fat on my stomach. Time to build muscle.
At the age of 43 I will continue to lose muscle mass and need to make sure I'm keep replacing the muscle that is being lost over time.
Currently Stats:
168.8 lbs, Fat % 22.1, Water 59.7%, Muscle Mass 37.2%, Bone Density 3.9%
Day 1 included a full Body Stretch following the p90x work out.
This is Day 2 of my journey included:
Bicep workout
1. Hammer curls
2. Bicep curls
3. Inward bicep curl
4. Bicep curl to slow hammer down curl
Each set was with 8 pound dumbbells.
I did 3 sets of 12 reps with about 30 seconds in between each set.
I ended the workout with some cardio. I burned about 95 calories.
