Episode 18 Big Sky Big Horn and Elijah Craig Small Batch

Today's pairing was a very good afternoon treat. The flavor profiles of the stick and the drink melded well with hints of coffee, chocolate, and caramel. The Big Horn also carried in fresh earth and peat in its profile which I think would make it a great stick to pair with a good Scotch.
