Esther - Part Two - Chapters 6 through 10 - FINALE

This is Part Two - The Finale of the book and story of Esther. The purpose of the book of Esther is to display the providence of God. Queen Esther uses her position as queen to rescue the Jewish people from destruction. The annual festival of “Purim” commemorates God’s salvation of the Jewish People, similar to their deliverance from slavery in Egypt. The book of Esther is one of only two books in the Bible named for women. The other is the book of Ruth.
