France: Yellow Vests protest outside Macron's political party event in Avignon - 02.10.2021

Members of the Yellow Vests activists and other protesters gathered at the entrance to the exhibition hall in Avignon where LREM, French President Emmanuel Macron’s political party, summer event was held on Saturday, to decry the COVID Health Pass and other government policies. Protesters were seen blocking the entrance to the campus and arguing with drivers trying to enter the event while holding banners bearing messages against the compulsory vaccine mandate. This is the 12 consecutive Saturday that the Yellow Vest group mobilise to protest against the government. Last July, the France implemented a health pass giving special privileges to vaccinated citizens to encourage vaccination against COVID-19.

Mitglieder der "Gelbwesten"-Aktivisten und andere Demonstranten versammelten sich am Samstag am Eingang der Ausstellungshalle in Avignon, in der die Sommerveranstaltung der LREM, der politischen Partei des französischen Präsidenten Emmanuel Macron, stattfand, um den COVID-Gesundheitspass und andere Maßnahmen der Regierung zu kritisieren. Se vio a los manifestantes bloquear la entrada al recinto y discutir con los conductores que intentaban entrar al evento mientras sostenían pancartas con mensajes contra el mandato de la vacuna obligatoria.
