Mandate Protesters March on Downtown Bellingham - We Will Whatcom

The start to the protest occurred in front of City Hall of Bellingham WA before demonstrators from We Will Whatcom and Be Brave Washington circled around through Bayou on Bay then back into City Hall.

Filming occurred in Bellingham, WA on Friday, October 1st in 2021. The locations where of course City Hall and Bayou on Bay.
