How to make affirmations work in your life

Affirmations are an inner dialogue that we use to change our lives

The words and thoughts we use have so much power.

To make affirmations work, we must look at it from 3 perspectives

Thought, feeling and knowing

Mind, Body soul!

They all work in synergy, but each part must experience the affirmation

Words are not enough. For our subconscious to know anything, it must experience it

This is where meditation comes in

Affirmations become even more powerful in the silence as their is no ego in the way

Think it first (mind), but remember our thoughts are not our senses, and it’s our senses that give us our experiences. So whilst you think it, notice the feeling (body) and once you start feeling it, that will soon become a knowing (soul)

If we continue to work on this and be consistent our body will start responding to your instructions, affirmations should be like brushing your teeth, we should do it every day. It takes less that a minute

When we now look in the mirror, say it, feel it, know it!
