What is fear of failure

An irrational and persistent fear of failing. Fear of failure may be part of another mood disorder, anxiety disorder, or eating disorder. You may also deal with atychiphobia at times throughout your life if you're a perfectionist. I have to mention all these disorders are patterns of thousands of decisions being made over and over.

Here are some signs that you might have fear of failure:

1. Failing to make you worry about what people think
2. Failing to make you worry about your ability to pursue the future that you desire.
3. Low self-esteem
4. Underachievement
5. Self-sabotage behaviors
