A new study released by Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation and published The Lancet suggests the number of people who have died at the hands of police within the past 30 years is more than double of what's been reported.
Retired New Jersey Police Officer Lt. Steven Rogers says the study doesn't give the whole story.
