Here I'm discussing some strategy that can be used, when you dealing with some painful emotional when you're alone. The fact that you feel. Not good inside yourself, usually this is the challenge that we get and this is the reason we do not enjoy to be alone is we're getting painful thought about herself or about the world. So yes, It's to help other people to find a useful and easy strategy to manage to be by themselves and to be comfortable in the uncomfortable feeling they have inside of them and to not entertain this negative and painful emotion they are experiencing.People can find comfort and peace to be by themselves, when they are alone. And to not feel the need to run or fear it.
