Man whose personal belongings were stolen during Ptarmigan Fire evacuation recovers them, police say

A man who loaded a trailer with his personal belongings as he evacuated his home due to the Ptarmigan Fire burning in Summit County said the vehicle was stolen and is asking the public’s help to get it back.
