My son was turning 16 a few years back and it made me reminisce about being 16 myself, and what advice I advice based on what I would have wanted to hear when I was 16. What would you tell your 16-year-old self if you had just a few minutes to go back and talk some sense into yourself? you have to be bold. You have to be a leader. You cannot worry about failure. Advice that is easy to hear, but takes decades to master.
