Neighbors knock down a fire at a pleasant ridge apartment

Firefighters say the fire started in a lower level apartment. Neighbors out here were the first to notice something was wrong and start to help. And not just neighbors in that building, but even in surrounding apartment buildings - bringing their own fire extinguishers to help put that fire out.
