Your morning routine sets the pace for your hormones the rest of your day. What should you do first in your day to balance female hormones?

Brisk walking, going up and down the stairs.
A 10-minute walk around the yard.
Moving the laundry from one room to another.
When you finish your exercise, drink again another 16-ounce of warm water.
This is how you kickstart your day and balance your hormones naturally!
