What is personal accountability

Accountability is like kryptonite for some folks, even for me up to this day. I try my best to keep myself in check every time I have the chance to do it. Accountability has to be a conscious, deliberate choice that is implemented in a structured way, which leads to a result that could be motivated by outcome-driven results.

1. Understand your role in the situation

2. Be honest

3. Manage your time wisely

4. Recognize your own limitation

5. Change is always on the table

6. Be outcome driven
