In this video, I go over a white noise sound machine review, with a model by Dreamegg. These devices are another tool in the box to help with creating a relaxing environment. Of course there are other benefits such as helping babies and children fall asleep. Most units have several features such as type of white noise or nature sounds as well as soft lighting.
Do white noise machines work for sleep? In my experience so far, I love keeping the water sounds on all night and it does help my mind relax quicker which helps me fall asleep faster. I just love relaxing nature sounds for stress relief. I'm sure everyone will have their background noise preference.
