How to learn mindfulness as a beginner? In this video, I quickly go over what the app Balance is about. I like the simple way the app can teach you how to become more mindful. There are a ton of mindfulness apps out there, however, I wanted to showcase Balance. It does a good job with providing guided mindfulness meditation for beginners. They are also offering a 1 year free trial and I think it's worth learning as much as you can while that is available. If you find it difficult to learn something so abstract, Balance can help you focus, even if it's a few minutes a day. To me, this is one of the best apps to help you be more present.
