Biden says 97 to 98% of Americans need to take the jab before we can return to normal

A reporter asked Joe Biden how many Americans need to be vaccinated for us to get back to normal. Biden responded by saying he thinks 97-98% of Americans will need to be vaccinated in order for us to get back to normal. Then he added that he isn’t a scientist. Biden said this during his appointment where he received a Covid-19 booster shot.
