Taveta Weaver :

The breeding male is a bright yellow color with darker orange patches on the breast and crown. The female has a dark back and a buffy yellowish underbelly, with a pale bill base. A dark eye can be seen in both sexes. Breeds in and near reedbeds, but also in savanna and woods around them. Although it looks a lot like Golden Palm Weaver, there is no overlap in range. Holub's and African Golden-Weavers are similar, but the black eyes distinguish them. Females can be perplexing, but they nearly always gravitate toward the more distinguishable males. In the tune, there is a dry rattling that is coupled with characteristic weaver "radio static."
