Yes the lyrics ARE about stalking, but I believe it is also an anthem for someone that has lost someone that they are truly deeply in love with. Lyrics really embody that emotional trauma and pain that just lingers on, and never seems to go away... I never truly related to this song until the girl that I adored walked out and left me after 6 years... this song whilst depressing, is a genius masterpiece and is therapy too. Wonder if anyone else can relate...
